GearBest Won't Ship My Order after 3 Weeks since Payment

Tried contacting them multiple times but nothing happens. Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Here's what they said - asking me for another 10USD before they can ship the order.

Dear customer, I am sorry that we have missed your message. As you can see, the supplier of this product has increased the price, but it is our mistake, so we are willing to ship it to you, but the logistics feedback that these 4 products need to be shipped to Australia requires a tax of 10 US dollars, are you willing to pay ?

    • I have sent multiple messages to them asking about when the order will be shipped without a reply. So I think it's won't.

    • these guys have a very bad attitude and copy past sweet words I ordered a pocophone x3 on 15th of september and after 2 months still no go I have launched case with paypal which helps these too and want to wait till 24th of November. gear rubbish told me to post in 2 weeks and after every 2 weeks they had the same words we are very sorry. they gave me a fake tracking number of DHL on 10th of november which shows status "information received" I am still waiting any positive response other than sorries for more than 2 months. I will never buy anything from these dodgy people. I have sent a letter to chinese consulate in Melbourne hope they will close this business. Attention everyone please stop buying from these animals.
