I would imagine yes, as its a business, but only to the hours that your local operates to. A lot close at 7.30
My local Liquorland (Laverton VIC) has a banner on uber eats promoting delivery after 8pm so some stores may be open past curfew.
Plenty of businesses on my Uber Eats/Menu Log are open past curfew.

The only thing I can find that's even remotely worth it: Hendrick's Gin selling for $90 at my local. After 30% off, being $63. Then add on delivery $4.99 makes it same price as Dan's. Everything else works out to be the same price as Dan's prior to shipping. No deal.
