Looking for a Quality Basketball System

Looking for a good quality basketball system, one on wheels or similar so that it can be moved when desired. Price not really a concern, always looking for a bargain hence why I'm here, but moreso want to find a really reliable system which won't let me down.
Thanks all.

  • Spalding - The Beast.

Got one about 4 years ago. The ball bounces off the backboard and ring like it should. Solid enough to dunk on, spring loaded ring. Other than a little fading it hasn't suffered any real weather damage and most importnatly it still gets used nearly every day. Cheap ones rattle and shake too much when the ball hits them and they're not as satisfying to shoot on.

    • Haha I've had my eyes on that, definitely ideal but thats probably at the price where I do have to consider some cheaper options. I just don't want to… Might just have to save and make a great one off purchase

  • I purchased a Spalding Hybrid but one model older than this one, but essentially the same.

I got it for around $800 as it was on clearance and I got 10 or 15% cashback.

Its glass backboard and the rebounds and bank shots are almost like real backboards but much better than the acrylic backboard ones.

    • Damn that's definitely the go. If I could get one on clearance I'd go for it asap. Thanks mate.

  • I recommend the Lifetime 44" MVP Basketball System from Rebel, Lifetime is the #1 seller in the US, and I found it’s worth the $279

    • How long have you had it? Is the overall quality good - i.e. the ball movement and sound off the backboard and the rim? Can you comment on the ability to move the ring, to adjust the height etc, and does a 44" backboard feel large enough? Sorry for all the questions.
      Thanks in advance.

  • Dragging up an old thread. Xmas and birthdays coming up. Looking for basketball ring. Not after a real cheapie, possibly something around the 50” size and hopefully acrylic. Any sales coming up? Never ever on sale when I’m looking. Thinking Spalding or Lifetime? Any recommendations or ones to steer away from? Cheers
