That sugar content. Amazingly good cereal though.

How can it get 4 out 5 stars for being healthy? Don't understand.

    • +2

The star system's pretty flawed, with ratings being in the context of similar products, assumptions made as to how the food's prepared (for Milo, skim milk being added), inherent sugar content being treated the same as added sugar, plus any vitamins thrown in boosting the score.

Unfortunately, because they are "fortified" with vitamins and nutrients (like a supplement basically) which really badly skews the health star rating in their favour.

The milo milk is as good as froot loop milk. Infact they should sell cartons of froot loops milk.

    • Just do m&m's with milk ftw

      • Don't you mean smarties cereal?

        • I knew that was going to be the clip you sent before I even clicked on it 🤪. I wanted to have my own version.

          • @Lizard Spock: Admittedly I've tried it with peanut M&M's. Besides soggy peanuts it was quite delicious.

            • @Clear: So the milk absorbs straight through the m&m through to the peanut? Fascinating! Surely you must be using G.O.A.T milk.

  • $0.76 per 100G isn't really a bargain, under $0.60 per 100G would be.
Sometimes it does dip as low as $0.50

  • I love Milo but this stuff is like cardboard
