Just wanted everyone's thoughts.
I ordered some shoes 20th of August, didn't arrive til 31st
I forgot they were at my mother's, anyways I emailed asking if I can return and they've said no as it doesn't fall within 30 days.
However, I thought you could print label and notify within 30 days. It annoys me because it took over 10 days to arrive which is a 1/3 of the time I'd have normally to return.
Do I have a leg to stand on with a PayPal dispute?
