EDIT: Solved. After updating Google Home , Assistant , Search. All 3.
Anyone experiencing the same with Google Home/Assistant say Update required - app outdated , when trying to link Smart Life tuya ?
I've updated Home/Assistant & Smart Life to latest from play store.
It seems others had same issue with no solution, as below
