    It was formerly exclusive to Game Pass subscribers, which is a paid subscription.

    After its 90-day exclusivity, it was made free to everyone.

      Right, the 90 day exclusivity period ended July 15th 2019. This is not new, the price is not new.

        Why the down votes? Everything I've said is true. Should we post a deal for every free map pack DLC for Halo/COD/Modern Warfare etc?

        Also, already posted when it was first released.
