      And from memory I think Apple is 7.5W maximum. If the charger is higher rated than the phone, that's not a problem.

          Thanks, I was doing that. I discovered that the problem was my account had a shipping country set to Austria rather than Australia. Still stuck though because any phone number I enter for my account (using the Banggood app) gets flagged as invalid no matter what phone number I enter.

          Maybe I’ll try again tomorrow.

      Yeah that’s right. I went to pull the trigger last time then realised that. So you’ll get what ever your current cable is unless you buy the cable additionally.

    The code didn't exactly give much off as it was on a "Flash Deal" (now finished).
    The code only reduced my price from $17.56 to $17.24 but I forgot to untick Insurance (0.60 grrr) which would have reduced to $16.64. I have no idea how OP got to $16.32. "
    "Rickb" above said $11.59. I suspect that was US$ and not AU$. My main point here is that it was not the Code that gave the big discount, it was that item was on a "Flash Deal" for $17.56 with Banggood………….no code required regardless. Item is now back up to $28.48 and out of AU stock.

    Depends on your phone. You could just use its charger.
    Any 5 watt 2amp power supply should do the job. Better still is a 5watt 2.5amp power supply as you can never have too many Amps. That way your phone can take as much as it needs. If Amps are less that phones capability, it will just take longer to charge. As noted, check the current power supply that comes with your phone for optimal performance.

    So anyone else who ordered this now being told there was no AU stock? The item was supposed to ship by the 2nd according to the site and still hadn't shipped so I contacted support.

    They just said and I quote "We regret to inform you that the item you ordered wasn't available in the warehouse you selected while placing the order.
    The item is available in CN & USA warehouses."

    I had to keep pushing and got a response that I could reorder it from the China warehouse. So I guess I have to wait to see if it get's restocked or cancel the order? They weren't very helpful at all.

          Sounds like a case of your order getting stuffed up or lost in their systems. By the time it was discovered, all the AU ones were gone/assigned. Bangood are usually good but obviously not in this instance unfortunately.

    Received today.. Pretty happy with it.. Can charge my Note 10 plus without removing a case which is quite bulky..

    Charging speed is also quite good not as fast as wired charging though.. But it so convenient to charge wirelessly 😊

    Am disappointed with it. Bleeding green light stays on when not in use. How annoying…….useless for bedroom plus a waste of power. Ok just over 0.03w in standby but still a waste of unnecessary power. They should have made this to light up only when device is placed on it and to at least power down when fully charged or not in use. Shame but not for me and won't even gift it to somebody as then they have to look at a green light 24/7. Will donate it to local charity shop.
    Stupid me for not checking. None of my other ones do that so never thought about it. Very poor design choice (my opinion only).

      I tend to agree. Used mine for the first time last night and the LED lights lit up my whole bedroom. Would be good if there was an option to disable the lights.

      Only solution is to put some black electrical tape around the outside, not sure I want to do that.

    I keep getting the runaround and falses promises/lies from them, so I was wondering if there are any Banggood associates on OB I can talk to, as customer help on banggood won't give me a straight answer as to what is happening.

        It's been over a month and it's still not processed and they just keep saying to wait another 4 days up until a week or two and if it's not in, they promise they will find an alternative way to fulfill my order. Four times now and still the same excuses and promises of fulfullment. It just seems they are now waiting for me to just cancel the order after waiting the time they've asked and they seem unwilling to fulfull the order from other warehouses.

        My cousin ordered days after me and got his within a week, so I'm getting a bit pissed now as I ordered before many and I am still waiting for it to even be shipped and none of them will give me a straight answer or be forthcoming about it all. There must be someone I can talk to…

              @Freezies: They probably over ordered, ran out of local stock and now waiting for shipment to arrive from Banggood China which as we know take a couple of months.
              Wish mine was delayed as since found that it lights up even when not in use. Stupid and no way of turning off hence never use it due to annoying bright light. I'd have cancelled to save the $$

            @That Guy: Nearly 2 weeks after contacting the Banggood rep here, and my order was finally just shipped out (from China with tracking) as well as crediting 600 points to my account. Almost 2 months to the day since I ordered it..

            If you still haven't heard anything about your order, you should contact the rep too.
