    I saw this, but they still charge the fare difference. Not good value if you buy a promotional fare.

    AirAsia for example let you move your flight to another date for free. No fare difference or any other fees.

      isn't that fair? Otherwise you could book a cheap Tuesday arvo flight, then 'change' it to Christmas eve!

    has anyone been able to get refunds from jetstar this year or do they only do credit vouchers or rebookings only?

      I was able to get a cash refund upon request via the chat function on jetstar for a Sydney to Cairns flight that got cancelled.
