Surprised Garden City still alive after all these years. It has had a major upgrade delayed, sold to new owners, no?
There is another one in Belmont Forum shopping centre. Not sure if that one is closing down too.
Sold to Westfield, redevelopment hopefully going ahead soon.

Was already three stores closed down prior to covid within 5 to 10km from where im am and booragoon and mandurah was next closest.
So just a matter of time before all stores are closed.
I reckon either all will gone for good or they go online only.
I personally thought they was overpriced to start with and i very rarely purchased unless was exclusive to them. Jb was my go to be honest better priced and always had sales.
To be honest dont know why sanity never closed shop years ago.
