Iconic returns for Final Sale items

Hey has anyone had any luck returning items on Iconic that are Final Sale? They say they can't return them and do give notice, however the sizing is way off for me.
One jacket they refused and my other jacket was $100 so really want to make sure they don't blow me off again.
Thanks in advance

We offer free returns for 30 days from date of purchase. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout.

    1. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

    Can I return Sale items?
Yes, you can return sale items unless the product is marked as "Final sale" or “Non-Returnable” (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the product page and / or at the checkout.

Iconic sizing can be terrible on some of the cheaper items. If the sizing is way out you should be allowed a refund under Australian Consumer Law as it’s not fit for purpose. You might have to do a bit of work to get your refund though.

    • Lol good luck with this. Clothing sizes are well known to be a mess.

      • I agree. But most of these only only stores will relent and refund with a bit of persistence. With some stuff I’ve had from Iconic it’s not just a issue of none standardised sizing some stuff is misshapen eg ridiculously long sleeves, cuffs so narrow you can’t put your hand through etc. I now only buy well known brands on there eg last purchase was Speedo. I haven’t had any issues getting refunds though, even on clearance items, but my last return was over a year ago and it sounds like terms have changed.

Try measuring it against their sizing chart, if it is completely different they would have to accept a return surely?
