Is the form factor of 15” 2019 is different to fit these cases ? As it’s mentioned for 2016 and 2017 models
Sadly, yes, it will likely differ. Dimensions can vary by a very small amount, making either the clips on the shell impossible to engage or else the fan slits don't line up properly. You can take your Mac in and ask if you can try, but prepare to be disappointed.

You might get lucky. I managed to get the hard shell from my 2017 13" MBP to fit my new 2020 13", but only just. The clips only barely manage to grip so I'm not confident they'll last very long, but it's just a temporary measure until I can find somewhere that's actually stocking hard shells to specifically suit mine.
@Chazzozz: Yeah yours is different as they changed from butterfly keyboard back to scissor keyboard.

As I said, it’s still only temporary because it doesn’t get very good ventilation so I don’t want to use it long-term. At least it’s protecting the MBP from bumps and knocks during transport.

Any suggested cases for a current gen MacBook air..?
Will full enclosure like this add to heating issue? My macbook sounds like a helicopter about to take off on hot days.

Yeah that's the only opening on macbooks. If it's that bad might be time to open it up and clean the fans / replace thermal paste
Mine is actually almost always closed and plugged in to a dock. May be I need to rethink this set up.
