Might be a silly question here, what would be the difference between some detergent or similar and using this?
This stuff is cheap enough and works really well. Wait till it's $2.50 and just use what you have / water for now.
Does detergent have any detrimental effect on the car surfaces? Or is this stuff just better? Sorry to ask, just curious!
detergent in long run will "kill" the rubber wiper even for the paint, not recommended.
These 'bug off' brands seem to do the job and don't leave the residue behind that you get when adding detergent.
I found that you need to use a generous amount for best results.
