Hi, i have only one gym near me now and its bloody anytime fitness and they want to charge me 18$ per week and i feel like thats too much for a gym thats not 24/7.
also its a 12 month contract and im pretty injury prone because i play rugby
Anyone know anyway to get a good anytime fitness membership rate or some sort of reduce price. Their current $18 per week

Offer to prepay for a year
OP is worried they might get injured and not be able to use the membership if contracted for a year so prepaying doesn't really help
They allow deferrals. I deferred mine when I had holidays upcoming
Negotiate for unlimited suspensions in the contract also with an annual prepayment. Ive done it before!
i have to pay 4 or 6 weeks if i want to cancel. thats nearly 100$. basically still paying too much
Agree with prepay. You can usually get a substantial reduction compared to week to week.
Few bargains on Gumtree, should be able to negotiate them down further also.

I know public servants have a deal with most of the big gym chains, think its 5 or 10 bucks a week add a bit more for family
my friend has it can go to fitness first etc
