Free coffee and groceries at The Stafford General Store [4053] - no questions asked! Covid-19 and the subsequent recession has been hard on everyone, so local businesses are giving back to the community.

Thanks to the Stafford & Stafford Heights Community and the NOW Business group, we have extended our Kindness Cart service to include FREE coffees to those in need. If you are experiencing hardship & in need of a pick me up, simply say "Aloha" when placing your order to get one for free! The Kindness Cart is full of non-perishable groceries that are free to anyone who needs them.

    Thanks Inasero - the response from the local community has been fantastic so far. Great to see people doing the right thing. Getting the word out to people who need it most is the tricky part, hence social media and forums like this one :-)

    Hi Edsau, yes we sell a range of Kai coffee whole beans. We use the Old School blend in our espresso in store, and sell retail packs of this in 500g & 1kg, plus carry a rotating range of single origins in 500g. We can't recommend the Kai Ethiopia Guji Arsosala highly enough :-)

    Thanks Sweepy - we hope so. We have a clearance rack of stock, and are selling off our freezer stock at buy-1-get-1-free, so there is plenty for the Ozbargainers too!

  We have had a great response to our free groceries and coffee, with additional businesses contributing to the account. Thank you to all OzBargainers who liked our Facebook page and shared the post. We have also connected with local charities who are now referring thier clients to this service. Thanks again!
