  Ive had another brand of very similar for years. I use it in my office when I have a sore back. I usedit for an hour straight when I first got it. Felt tender for a couple of day. If you build up usage time over a week or so and you avoid will feeling bruised by it. I can run it by the hour now. Really gets the heat into your back too.

  So is it for your neck or your back? If for your neck, how do you mount it? Do you need a high back chair?

    Use it anywhwere you like.. neck, back, tummy, feet, etc. For neck you probably would need to lie on it or something.

    EDIT: just to be clear, I don't own this massager. I just referred to the photos & reviews on Amazon.
