  What are the washing instructions on this? I have considered getting one previously but washing seems like it would be annoying. Also not sure how well silk even hold up to regular washing.

    Hand wash is recommended and machine wash is also possible.
    Machine-washable in lukewarm water (30°C) on most gentle cycle available.
    Use gentle or special detergent for silk.
    Hang dry without direct sunlight if possible.:)

  Oh gee this reminds me of when I was a kid we had a mulberry tree in the backyard. I would go to the Brisbane museum and they'd have silk worms that they'd give out to take home and we'd feed them the mulberry leaves. Never quite had enough to make silk though….

    I think $40 for one is like "Normal/RRP price", $18 per case is a "good price". You can find on amazon 2 for $39 though.

    Hi spaceboy, the US queen size pillowcase(50x75cm) is similar to australian standard size (48x74cm), the US standard size pillowcase (51x66cm) is a bit small for australian standard size pillow :)
