I just got my Silicon Power 16GB 3200 Ram today to replace my 2666 Ram I got from Techfast, it only detects it as 2666 Ram on HWinfo when I plugged it in…
I found that the B45M2 only does 3200 on overclock, but I have zero experience on OCing anything…
Can someone give me a guide or just a straightforward method to get the 3200 working on the mobo?

the boards AMD, so not sure if this helps…
RyzenMaster allows you to OC the CPU but I don't have it install currently to check if it has settings for RAM as well.
Apparently the bios menu has xmp profile now it works thanks
Check & update your BIOS as manufacturers provide better stability & hardware support via updates:

Download the english manual and refer to pages 37+
Biostar refer to XMP in their BIOS memory screen so look for enable the enhanced mode.
Make sure your BIOS is fully updated.
with Intel systems the memory speed OC profiles are called XMP (eXtreme memory profile) but on AMD it's called 'Direct Over Clock Profile' (or DOCP). Find this setting and load the 3200mts memory profile.
My X570 board also uses the term XMP.
