Just wondering if anyone had pre-ordered with Big W and if so did anyone have their pre-orders randomly cancelled and then put through again?
Are they planning on doing half of orders launch day and then in December or am I over thinking everything?
Haha I didn’t actually, all my pre-orders are with Amazon, I used the $20 Maccas monopoly voucher to bring down the prices in the games
I ordered through Big W.. I received the Preorder SMS then the prompt to pay the remaining $$ which I've done. No other emails.
Did you get an email saying your order was cancelled then re-processed?
I’ve been getting emails, I got the email confirmation that I had secured the reservation and when the final payment was ready to be made. I didn’t get the email when it was cancelled though. But I checked up on it last Monday and it said awaiting picking and now it’s back to awaiting processing so not sure I guess. Maybe after pre-order payments close on November 2 they will give us more information
I ordered a game. The order itself is fine but if you look into it one entry was cancelled and another was created.
Well I also pre-ordered the media remote and I thought the same thing would happen to that but it didn’t. So I’m guessing there was a hiccup in the system one day and all orders got cancelled at once?
mine is awaiting processing? what about others?
I’m guessing you bought a game with it. If so it’s normal 😉
