Our capsules are made of sugarcane and sugar beet composites, which make them both biodegradable and compostable. The whole capsule (including the foil) is made from plant materials and under the right conditions the coffee capsules will fully break-down into compost after 10 weeks. This means that our entire capsule can be chewed up, and spat out by our little microbial friends, leaving behind biomass, CO2 and water.
Contained in each capsule is our Next Best Thing blend which was developed specifically for capsules. It is a well balanced coffee that is delicious with or without milk and the perfect way to start your day.
