Zomato Pro Is Coming to a Close in Australia

Dear pro member,

Sharing an important news upfront — the pro program is coming to a close in Australia. You can continue using the membership benefits till November 30, 2020. Post this date, you will not be able to avail the benefits of your zomato pro membership.

Our platform and app will continue to operate and you can still use them to search and discover your favourite restaurants to dine out.

We are automatically offering a prorated refund of your zomato pro subscription fee. You can access the details regarding your refund status and refund calculation on your membership page on the zomato app. You should receive the refund in the next 15–30 working days. Please reach out to us at [email protected], in case you have any questions.

Thank you for trusting us and letting us play a role in your life. We are grateful for the love and support we’ve received from all of our pro members. We are truly grateful to the passionate restaurant owners and managers, who have always welcomed our pro customers with open arms.

Until next time, thank you.

Team zomato

I guess instead of adapting they decided to die.

  • Never heard of zomato. They couldn't have been that popular.

    • I paid $36 for the membership and enjoyed plenty of buy one get one free cocktails and food. Got my worth back on my first order.

  • Zomato introduced menstruation leave of 10 days per year for women and transgender people. I am undecided how I feel about that as an exclusive benefit to women however I feel trans women shouldn't get it unless the company also allows men to identify as women whilst they are at work only.

I hope this isn't a controversial post. I don't intend to offend anybody.

    • To those who negged me, are you not confident enough to state your position on the matter here? Is it such a blasé issue that it isn't even worth your time?
