I am after an Iphone 11 128GB and atm the price is just over $1000($1079 at JB Hi Fi and HN) but checking if wait is worth and if someone thinks price will go down more in coming days? I can wait easily as currently i am using OP5 and need to switch to Iphone if possible.

Edit: There’s Black Friday, singles day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Australia Day and Easter Day sale. Room to come down for sure by like $50 to $$200, whether you can wait is another. Big w historically has better markdowns.

In all honesty I would wait until around Christmas when the iPhone 11 Pro should go on special for about $1000 (assuming we follow the same trend as last year). Alternatively I would just pay the extra few hundred bucks and get an iPhone 12.

Apple manages its stock, so often its better to buy just before the new models come out. They dont like to have previous high end models on sale that can detract from sales of their new model.

That's a very interesting observation. I got one when the iPhone 12 was announced. Maybe it'll come back when they've updated the listing with the new stock that doesn't come with the adapter and ear pods?
thanks for pointing that out. I knew the iphone 12 wasn't including the charger & air pods, but I didn't know they were doing the same to the iphone 11. I needed to buy a 64gb version, so just did now. I was about to just buy direct from Apple until I saw "As part of our efforts to reach our environmental goals, iPhone 11 no longer includes a power adapter or EarPods. Please use your existing Apple power adapter and headphones or buy these accessories separately.".
the 128gb versions are already selling out at most places, only Officeworks have the black left, the good guys only have two left (white and purple). Of course Apple still have the black but apparently they will not ship with earpods or chargers anymore, probably why many rushed on their sites to grab them. Can't see them coming down in price for a while now, best option would be to find some discounted officeworks gift cards quickly before they sell out of the 128gbs as well
yup, looks like stock is disappearing fast, both 64GB & 128GB. Although Officeworks is showing more than just black available. Some colours require delivery.
