Just to clarify, Easy Fall Guttering is a retail guttering supplier, so that is why installation is not included. We will gladly refer winners who claim their prize to Licenced Tradespeople who have been trained on installing our products, if required.
All conditions of entry are clearly stated in the terms and conditions, including the competition period which
is from 4/10/2011 until 27/06/2012, as registered under NSW permit LTPS/11/09276.
As stated above, the drawing date is 16/05/2012. According to the NSW Office of Liquor,Gaming and Racing
(NSW Government) the competition period must include any redraw should the prize/s be unclaimed. That is why the
competition period exceeds the drawing date.In addition, regarding the above reference to the Competition Terms and Conditions, all businesses who conduct competitions (as far as I am aware) do so for their own promotional purposes. It clearly states on all our printed entry forms, which have been distributed to many hundreds of people at trade shows, that "The privacy policy of Easy Fall Guttering ensures that my personal information is not sold to third parties". So, just because our privacy policy isn't (at present) published on the web, doesn't mean that we don't have one.
