First Time Buying Power/Half Racks - Have A Few Questions

Why are all the power racks (and every other piece of equipment) from all the gym equipment stores out of stock? Is it because of COVID or is it just the nature of the industry?
Why are they all on sale? Is it a marketing trick or are they actually on sale?
Where's the best place to find second hand power/half racks? Already looking at Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace and some Facebook groups.
Are power/half racks likely to have reduced price during BFCM & Christmas?
Are the Power/Half Rack models that look very similar and have similar specs but are from different companies just the same model but with a different logo slapped on it?
What should I be looking for in terms of a good Power/Half Rack? Currently just looking at max load capacities.
Does anyone have any recommendations on a good store or Power Rack model? I'm specifically looking for a Half Rack with weight storage, barbell holder and a pull up bar. Trying not to spend over $1000 if possible. More than happy to buy second hand.

Most likely prices will eventually go down when gyms start to reopen. I ended up purchasing this rack from catch fitness https://www.catch-fitness.com/collections/racks/products/arr… still waiting for them to deliver. I found their prices to be very competitive compared to others if you don't mind the wait. Whatever wait time they advertise add another 3 months to it. The other rack I was considering buying is this ex floor demo. https://worldfitness.com.au/collections/floor-models/product… however couldn't find the appropriate transportation for it. For plate storage I ended up buying a plate tree from amazon for $50 inc delivery. Hope this helps.
