I'm not too sure how Aldi gets away with having such limited supplies of their specials on a regular basis.
You need to define "limited". Just because 100 people line up and buy these first pop doesnt always mean limited, its just the price is too good. And recently I bought one of their $200 bikes for $150, after finding one store with them while the other stores sold out in 1 day.
And other items 4 weeks later are reduced as they had too much stock ..
Locally we have stores with different customer demograpics, one has many families with a home focus, the other is frequented by retirees, so I go to the one with the "wrong" demographics first and often find stock
Most likely the local consumer watchdogs requirements are mostly being complied with as no action has seem to be taken here.
Just like deals here, they do run out quickly if the price is right - eg the HP tablets…
those in the queue went straight for these umbrellas. would be surprised if there were any left 30 mins after store opening.
