What is "Sherried" ?
The whiskey is placed in ex-sherry barrels. Takes on the flavour profile and gives it its colour. Different whiskey is placed in different barrels e.g bourbon, wine etc

A dram is a unit of measure.
You wouldn't say GlenDronach 12 year old Original is a sweet, creamy '37ml'.Torture me, my sister in the UK is holding two bottles of the 15 for me! As if i'll see those anytime soon :(
Better try this in the interim!The 15 is the best in my opinion, out of 12 / 15 / 18… Haven't tried 21 yet.

I have a bottle of the new 15yr revival, and 2 Allardice for save keeping. Picked up the new Peat from the 'Whiskey Exchange', very tasty. Also a good place to look for some Single Casks is New Zealand. I just got delivered 2 - 13yr straight Olloroso and Pedro x, both were 170 each. But you are right the 15 is amazing , I only wish I had a bottle of the 15 straight Olorosso
