I'm wondering if anyone could do a price check for me @ The Good Guys Commercial webstore? My membership is currently pending, but I'd like to know what the price is currently for the Breville Bambino Plus espresso machine. The deal at https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/560390 suggests it was $353 + delivery, but it's marked as expired.
(Additionally, curious what postage would be to somewhere in Sydney metro/greater region, e.g. 2000)

Not sure how their website works, but does it say anything about when that price might disappear? Also if the item is actually in stock or back-ordered, since I hear a lot of Breville machines aren't quite in stock atm.
Is there a performance or quality difference between Black Truffle vs Stainless Steel? I thought it was just aesthetic /curious
Pay a little extra and go the BES870. You'll be glad you did.
Can you give a little more detail why upgrading is worth it? Living in an apartment that’s short on space, Bambino Plus feels like the right fit.
Once you get a grinder it's about the same size…
BES870 comes with a sturdier portafilter and I believe two types of baskets.
Bambino comes with a flimsier portafilter and only pressurized baskets you will need to pay extra to replace with better ones.
The Bambino has auto frothing and faster heat up compared to the Bes870.

Given prices aren't dropping below $371 delivered (that requires Good Guys Commercial account and is Black Truffle), that means $343 for the beans ie. $28.58 delivered per month.
Or $519 via Amazon.com.au for $195 or $16.25 per kg retail. That's definitely agreeable.
