Looks interesting, and the price is right… Thanks OP!
Yeah, I'm surprised I've never heard of it. Then again, I'm not really into RTS games at all.
In regards to the entire Wargame frachise: DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME — Your entire weekend will be over in a flash.
Highly addictive and challenging.
Off to see my shrink now. Bye!
I got around 1000 hours in this game, addictive as.

Cool freebee. I was recently thinking about picking this one up for a fiddle given I didn't mind European Escalation. But, I can't really cope with the anxiety and micromanagement of RTS games, so I resisted buying it because it's so likely I'll just end up stress-quitting it after the tuturial. In this context it'll be nice not to have to pay for it.
Ah, WarChat, the chat lobby with an addon RTS.
Best part of this game is to go onto war chat and just say the F-35 is the best plane ever made. It'll keep those idiots busy for hours
Haven't played this game in a while. That being said its a great rts thats the only one I know of which uses relatively modern equipment. Also the global chat on the main menu is basically 4chan so either embrace it or turn it off.
I remember when Isreal was added into this game as a paid dlc and they had an absolutely overpowered recon infrantry unit. I really cannot imagine what the chat section would've been like. Of the DLC's in the game, i'd personally ignore the Dutch dlc as it adds very little. The Isreal, Yugoslavia and Finland dlcs were all great. Although my personal favourite faction was NORAD.
A great game to try for military nerds. Only downsides are the relatively small number of campaigns and usual rts learning curve. Also mind that this game feels a lot more realistic than other rts, with less spam, more tactics.
I love the nation and unit variety, something I wish they'd bring in their newer games.
Its more of learning wall than a curve tbh.
Can I Play this on mobile?
Did they swap it with Dungeons 3?
