Any good for weight lifting or squats?
no these are casual walking shoes . ive been wearing them for a few years now . great for casual wear because there very soft on the feet . so wouldnt make great lifting shoes
Get some Converse
Might want to get dedicated gym/training ones eg nike romaleos etc. Had a Puma Axis runner (different to these) and it lasted three years running a few times every week. Used a newish pair once on a leg press machine and they came apart a few days later.
The Smash v2s are like an inferior Suede Classic+, but for $30, you can't really complain I suppose.
Think I got mine at Costco for $30 at some point. Would buy them again at that price
