Thought this was a decent deal for F.E.A.R 3 on PC, especially considering it's the collector's edition. (Note: Only available instore)

Cheapest digital version is $28.57 from Greenmangaming, a bit cheaper than the US Steam store, ($49.99 in AUS store)
