It's been a couple of years Amazon ran $8-ish Phillips bulb sale and this one works out as $7.16 each.

If this one is too bright for you then perhaps:

100w led in a standard e27, now that would be bright!

$7.5 twin pack in WWS during half price.

  • Just be mindful these are 2700k not 3000k warm white.

I prefer the warm white at 3000k from Philips as they are more neutral and less yellow. Actually very pleasant.

    • Yeah same. The ones at woolies are also 2700k. Where do you usually get your 3000k Philips LED?

      • +1

Yeah I bought a few from Bunnings which are 3000k and also Reduction Revolution (online). I much prefer the 3000k colour over 2700k after viewing them side by side. Not a fan of cool white, I feel 3000k is quite nice, a light warm colour, not yellow.

I'm happy paying a bit more for 3000k ones, they last ages the Philips globes in any case.

        • Yeah I saw at reduction revolution online but weren't sure if they're actually 3000k because they look identical to the other ones.

          Thanks for the info

          • @noone: The specs on reduction revolution show 3000k, perhaps if unsure, email them to confirm? Their prices are quite reasonable and if buying a handful, negate the $9 delivery fee compared to Bunnings prices.

  • OP it is 13W = 100W not 13W - (to) 100W

    • That appears to be just copied from the Amazon listing.
