Did any of you get the message 'Handset Unlock - Handset IMEI Not Found' when trying to unlock it at http://vodafone.com.au/unlock? If you did, how did you resolve it? Any help is welcome. Thanks. :)

Just try it. What other option do you have? If your IMEI number doesn't show up then Vodafone will need to fix that for you. As a result of the inconvenience, it looks like they provide you with a free unlock. I have had both my units unlocked this way.
Happened to mine too. Filled in the form, no response. Then I tried entering the IMEI in the vodafone's unlock website again after a week, and got the unlock code for free.

if its not on the site, it usually takes a week after they receive your form.

Yes. Fill out the contact form that appears on the page. Simply fill in your name, mobile number and email address. Two days later I received a message that contained my unlock code. Simple and FREE.
