    Yes. "Refurbished" does not mean much these days unless it's advertised by the manufacturer.

      We get phones in large lots, which require testing and sometimes fixing like a back glass replacement or charge port etc. All phones going through the process of refurbishing are classified refurbished. Some devices might not have anything broken that requires replacement but fall under the same category for simplicity
