I am having issues with one of the gift card I bought from TCN (worth $250).
No one answers their phone (1300 375 346), not even automated answer, just rings.
Also, no confirmation or email answer to online form filled using their support page.
If you are buying from TCN through many of the cash back deals, please be aware.
what is your issue? numerous people have had issues but also posted solutions to them on this forum. You may find an answer here.
