Better off picking up one of the wooden ones from Aldi the next time they have them on special buys. Think it was around $50?

      Best dad ever!

    • Do they fit barbies?

      • No. The house is a decent size but barbies are too big. Our daughter has smaller dolls that she uses. Sorry I should have stated that in my previous post.

        • Its like the costco ones, they are too small for barbies as well

Good price. Bought one a few weeks ago for 200 on Amazon, went up to 230 I think. You'll be the favourite uncle/ aunt with this.

    Paid $169 in Nov, 2019.

  • That's a lot of feet!

My sister got this for my daughter.

I can’t seem to understand how Mattel has progressed with Barbie. There’s absolutely no system to it, the dolls can’t hold anything and can barely stand. Quality is horrible. Compared to lego where there’s a good thought process and things connect well and the quality is a lot better.

Also particularly for this one the elevator is one of the dumbest features because well… I mean they could have aligned it so that when you open the door barbie doesn’t fall to her death, super weird.

    • I agree after watching a YouTube vid on it I can already tell I'm going to hate it, the 360 degree play looks to be total BS too.

Daughter got the big pink Barbie bus (DreamCamper 2018) for her birthday 2 years ago from her nan and it just feels like cheap plastic, the roof doesn't engage properly so always pops back up and won't stay shut and it totally broken off now.
There is just numerous other poorly designed aspects throughout the whole thing.

I thought it was a piece of junk front the start….yet my daughter still loves it and plays with it every day! lol. I assume this Dreamhouse will be exactly the same.

At least this Barbie stuff should hold some resale value, but I wish there was higher quality Barbie doll type toys aimed for girls.

I guess that’s true, kids still love this poorly made crap. But I still can’t see how it’s fun, little ones always like hey dad help me stand this barbie up. Absolute rubbish.
