75" TV - Which One of These to Buy?

Hi, I'm wanting to purchase a 75" tv and am looking at the TCL and Hisense as per the links below.

This will be used for just watching TV, Netflix etc. No gaming.

I don't understand the difference between the 4K and the QUHD. If anyone could explain if I'd even notice the difference?

Which one would be 'best' for just normal tv, movies etc.?

Re sound - I have a sounder but I am also looking to be able to have dual bluetooth connection so 2 headphones can connect at the same time. I believe I will still have to buy dual transmitter to do this?

If anyone has used one and can recommend one of those that'd be great.

Appreciate any thoughts/advice.
Not sure if there will be any better deals for Black Friday, just doing a bit of research.

Was looking at 65" but someone said go for the 75" if I can stretch the budget that it's worth it!! (Agree???)

Many thanks.

  • QUHD is just marketing fuzz trying to trick you into thinking this is similar to OLED.

  • https://www.gadgetguy.com.au/tcl-2020-qled-tv-range-adds-mor… this article says the TCL is edge lit.
https://www.techguide.com.au/reviews/televisions-reviews/his… this one says the Hisense uses an LED array.

I have an older Hisense with LED array and I like it a lot. It gives you a kind of halo glow around small glowing objects, but I kinda like it. This series 8 may have even more LEDs, lowering that effect even more. But compared to an edgelit, all other things being equal, it will look a lot better.

    • Your review for the Hisense is for a P8 not a S8.

  • I recently purchased TCL 75 C815 QLED and I'm stunned by its picture quality.

  • thank you everyone.
