I know cashback is invalid if you cancel or receive a refund, but what happens with a partial refund? and is it also the same as cash rewards? I got $25 cashback for an item + a bonus deal they had some months ago, and its arrived damaged. If I put in a return I will lose the $25 but wonder what would happen if given a partial refund? I don't want to accept a refund, which will only invalidate the shopback cashback.
I thought they always made sure cashback was only approved after the maximum time had passed for a return?

Can the store exchange your damaged item for one that isn't damaged and leave your cashback intact?
Pretty sure a partial refund invalidates the cashback.
If you refund part of your order the entire order is in illegible for cashback.
