adidas Order Not Received

Hi all ,

Participated in the recent deal and purchased 500 dollars.

Auspost said delivered 29 of Oct to a completely different place.
I lodged a case but no update yet from both Adi and Post.

Anyone facing the same and What should I do?

Move house to the address it was delivered to.

Auspost lately have been taking orders to the nearest Auspost if you are not home (sometimes even
if you are).
Check the tracking maybe the address is a Post Office and your parcel is waiting.

If Adidas (sender) has lodged a Lost Item that may take AusPost time to trace.

Consider contacting Paypal or your Bank if nothing happens.

The funny part is it is Delivered at the processing centre chullora. I live in the city. Have asked adidas to follow up or refund but no reply…

Have called Austpost? Maybe it is still with them and not yet delivered.
