Looking for Laptop with Windows 10 by Friday ~$1k

Hoping to get some help from fellow ozbargains.

I got offered part time work, working from home but requirements is that I have a computer/laptop that has windows 10 (to run their program), i5 processor and min 8gb ram. I have a Mac and am finding it overwhelming with the choices out there for windows. I don’t want to spend too much, around $1000 and I have to have it by Friday to start the role. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, was leaning to a Lenovo laptop only after reading many of the forums here and can hook it up to a monitor.
I was going to hit the stores today to see what’s out there. Thank you

      Yep. Boot Camp is your friend.

      Thanks Pikaloo, I just read the details and am I correct, I just need to buy windows 10 software to load onto Boot Camp? This will save me heaps both time and money.

        Yes and you can also buy licenses on ebay or something for cheap.

        Pretty sure you don't need to buy it. You can use it fine unactivated (just a few disabled features that may not be an issue for you).

        Which Apple device do you have? Year?

          I have 2017 iMac 18.1. Looks like I can do this 😃
