This wine is delicate, fresh and complex. Fresh apples, vanilla, almonds, crushed oyster shell and all the good things that a Blanc de Blanc brings are here in abundance. Spending 30 months on lees, the Arras personality shines through even with a mere 6 months under cork. 25% oak that was older than 3 years brings extra depth to all the honeysuckle blossom, white peach and creamy vanilla characteristics. 93 points
