  • Absolute a bargain. Grabbed it at $24xx several months ago.

    • I was very stoked. How have you found using it?

      • +1

Actually I upgraded from XT3 just for the IBIS and big battery. Fuji has a lot fans for the solid design and simulation inside the camera only problem is the focus system can’t be that good as the Sony’s but already medium to high level. If APS-C is not a deal breaker to anyone watching and wanting to try Fuji system, just pull the trigger at this price point you won’t cost too much.

  • You can ask JB Hifi to price match and then insert the coupon to get a further 11% off on checkout to get it to $2k before CB.

    • Like an online price match?

  • Wow I just realised Fuji’s lenses are pretty pricey as well.

I really miss how affordable some of the Olympus lenses in the m4/3 line up was it was small and it was good value as well :( I wish there was another system that offered this similar value. I had hoped Fuji would have been until I just researched some of the pricing.

    • Same. I cam over to Fuji from Olympus, and I certainly miss the amount of choice in the M43 standard. That said, the Fuji lenses are very nice optically and the image quality is head and shoulders above what I was getting from my Olympus gear. I guess you can argue it's a forced reason to simplify.

      • There are some third party brands like Viltrox that make lenses for Sony/Fuji etc and they are pretty impressive for the price you pay

      • I read that Sigma would be coming to Fuji next year I’ll see what their pricing is before I dive into the Fuji world.

    • Fuji lenses for some reason have gone up in price. The 27mm pancake goes for $400+. I purchased it for $70 after cashback (around $200 original)

      • rumor new 27mm version coming, possible not much stock for current version, hence higher price

        • More likely bumping up the price now so the new version doesn't seem overpriced when it comes out.
