      It will be a case of base game free and DLC costing more than the GOTY used to cost. ;-)

Would be good for this game to get a patch to allow 60fps on PS5, right now, it is just 30fps.

  It's locked to 30 fps but it'll get the faster load times etc that the PS5 has.
  
  IIRC the engine is locked to the FPS so don't expect a PS5 60 fps patch without a complete rebuild of the game

  No, not yet. Hence my earlier comment that it could be good to get a patch to remove the 30fps lock so it will run 60fps for PS5.
