RGB With no Motherboard Header

Just bought a Wraith Prism RGB cooler and realised that it came with 2 cables. I'm assuming the second needs to plug into the RGB header on my mobo which doesn't have one. I got the Gigabyte B350 HD3.
I really want RGB happening in on my cooler. What can I do that doesn't involve buying another mobo.

"The RGB LED Controller together with Cooler Master software allows you to take full control of your rig’s lighting and take it to the next level. Take advantage of countless combinations of colors and lighting effects, from presets to full customization. Have the PC lighting you want without an RGB capable motherboard. This compact controller easily fits inside your case. It can conveniently attach to any metallic surface with built-in magnets."

    • Oh wow that's awesome. Where would I keep the box, in the case?

      • Wherever you can find room in the case.

  • If I remember correctly, you can just plug in the USB Header cable and control the RGB via 'AMD Ryzen Wraith Prism RGB lighting control software'

Note most lower end motherboard only comes with a Single USB Header on the Motherboard (which is usually used for the USB2.0 for the Computer Case). Just checked your motherboard, and it has 2x USB Header Ports.

    • So where do I plug both cables that came with the cooler? That's not including the cable that's going in the fan header.

      • You can plug either the RGB Header Cable OR the USB Header Cable.

        • Using the RGB Header Cable will allow you to control via Motherboard
        • Using the USB Header Cable will allow you to control via AMD Ryzen Wraith Prism RGB lighting control software
  • You can't really call it a gaming PC without RGB. It's just a "PC" now.

    • Oh don't worry I still got some rgb going via video card haha
