Roasted and Salted Cashews, $12 for 800g ($15/kg) @ Coles

240

If your stock from the last deal has run out, Coles has some on special at the moment.

For comparison, Woolworths has 750g for $17 ($22.67/kg), so $15/kg is significantly cheaper.

When Iooked at my local Coles a few days ago, I saw these, but mysteriously there was no price tag so I didn't buy. If it's the same at your Coles, double-check the price at the self-checkout.

Edit 18/11: Price has gone up to $14, so I'm marking the deal as expired. Still a good price though.

If you are in SA, drakes have 500g @ $7 ($14/kg).

  • Yes cheap sometimes but compare them with the equivalent cashews at Woolworths : the Woolworths look better, are bigger and more "au natural" in colour. I think they taste better also.

    • I was about to comment about the almonds - I'd bought Woollies roasted almonds before and they were yummy, and just the other day was buying groceries in Coles and thought lets try these (roasted almonds) and have regretted it. No where near the same quality :(((

      • Well… I got some from Coles and they were fine. Make of it what you will.

        • Yeah my opinion based on a real life comparison. Make of it what you will :)
