Is MyDeal.com.au Any Good and Reliable ?

I am planning to buy Jabra Elite 65t Wireless Earbuds- Titanium Black from the website, which is offering it for $134.95 and $10 off for new customers. So, in total it would cost $124.95, which is the cheapest I could find.

But I am not sure how trust worthy this site is as I have never purchased from there.

Will be helpful to know OzBargainers experience with mydeal.com.au

MyDeal is a marketplace, similar to Catch Marketplace, eBay or Kogan marketplace. You aren't buying it from Mydeal as they are just a platform connecting you to a different seller. You can see who the seller is if you scroll down a bit and look in the Seller Info panel.

Even though they are a marketplace like eBay, is their service actually as good as eBay. I primarily use eBay and have found the process is hassle-free when you want to return something that is faulty and issue resolution is fast.

They are actually a public company now on ASX, got listed last month. However they are also a "marketplace", i.e. they aren't necessarily the seller of the item. The Jabra Elite 65t for $134.95, which I presume is this one here, is actually sold by AZ eShop aka PC Byte, i.e. reasonable reputable.

  • Thank you all for your helpful responses. On side note, do you think its a good product with good deal ?

I wouldn't recommend them. I had really bad experience with a purchase and their customer service was the worst I've ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs.
