Hi all,
I've tried to follow this video on removing the intel clip and mounting the AMD clip onto my water cooler but I have no idea how this is done. I've tried pushing the clip up, even using my screw driver as leverage and it's stuck fast.

I don't want to keep trying as I'm afraid I might break the water cooler.
I had one similar and it just pulled out. It was a little firm as it mounted into a groove. Though it is somewhat a U shape so you'd be able to see what end is the only side you pull from.
