Wireless Keyboard (Logitech) - How to Sync with Receiver

i figured someone would know this. I have 2 sets of logitech mk345 keyboard and mouse. I recently lost misplaced the usb dongle receiver.
I have two computers in different rooms.

Does anything know how i can use same dongle to sync with the second keyboard/mouse set? so happy to unsync one and then sync the second one.

  • You cannot. If you have lost the receiver, then the keyboard is now useless

  • Might take some digging around, but maybe it depends on the receiver and the connecting device…

If it is the unify set, yes you can. I have a unify remote dongle on my PC with a keyboard and 2 different mice sync’d to it.

Just jump on the Logitech site and see if your devices are compatible (on the device and dongle it should be a white star on an orange background looking logo)

You can also download the sync software from here

If it isn’t the “Unifying” range, you can still sync it to a new dongle, as long as it’s from the same range, but I think with those, you can only sync 1 or 2 devices to the dongle, ie, one mouse and one keyboard. Same process, get on the Logitech site and look for your device and the software to sync will be there somewhere…
