Need some advice.
i bought a vehcile from Auction which turned out to be a scrap, without transferring to my name i sold back to auction. they did delayed in cancelling the rego.
today i got a notice from RMS that i haven't registered car on my name and i should visit the Service nsw asap and pay the surcharge etc.
what should i do to avoid this penalty ?
