  I tried this the other day when they had this, but I couldn't understand how it works. I clicked on the free thing that popped up on the app, but it wanted a 3 or 4 digit code, and nothing I put in worked. (I thought you chose a number to give them to collect).

    I did it last week, and it worked like this… rock up to the Muzz Buzz window, say you want to do the free app coffee, they’ll go away to a computer and come back with a 3 digit number. You type the number into the app, and they go “all good” and make the coffee :-)

      So you need to be connected to the internet at Muzz Buzz? Hm, no good for me as I don't have free data.

      Thanks though. Maybe it's just me, but I think they need to explain how to use it more clearly. lol

        I had a pop up on my phone for a free donut but it doesn't show in the app - how did you see that offer?

          @Gaz1: Yep, I had the 'free donut for updating the app' (and updating the payment options) offer. That's how I got Brisbane1's free donut today :-)
          (that promo was from about a month or two back, I just had not redeemed it yet — I'll hand in my OzBargain badge for being slow, but they did accept it)

          Maybe try updating your app again, and make sure your payment options are updated / current?
