Sink a Sub Subway Competition Prize Has Not Been Received

So I was curious to know what kind of prizes Sink A Sub would give and I decided to try my luck at it. I was lucky enough to sink a sub and won a $50 e-gift card.
I received an email saying

We'll be in touch via email within 3 business days to validate your entry or organise your prize.

Buy a Sub and a drink at Subway® to score more treasure!

Waited for 1 week, still nothing! Got the email on 13/11/2020. It's already the 20/11/2020
How much longer does Subway need to validate my entry?
The competition closes on the 30th of November so that's pretty soon.

Tried to call Subway customer service line: 1800 630 355
They keep saying unavailable and to just leave a message with your phone number. Horrible.
-sent an email to [email protected] informing them I havent received any further emails with information on how to claim my prize on november 18.
-Not in junkmail. The original confirmation came to my main inbox so I know they can communicate with me.

How should I proceed further? I don't know if the franchisee owners of the restaurant will even know how to get it resolved.
Anyone else had issues claiming prizes from Subway or other reputable companies in the past?

    That is usually the quickest , try messaging first and if nothing in a day write a post or comment on their newest post

    Wait to hear back from the email you sent. I assume that was today?

    Their lines are probably swamped if emails have not been sent in the timeframe they gave.
